10 Week Musical Theatre Showcase Semester

Musical theatre class culminating in a performance in a professional theater space in Manhattan. The showcase format is a model used by virtually every professional drama school to showcase their students' talents to the industry. While teaching and improving the students' skills in acting, singing, dancing, and the art form of musical theatre, this class also wishes to get to know each individual student's strengths to showcase their talents as best as possible. NexGen will bring in a guest choreographer from a Broadway show, and the students will also have the opportunity to ask them questions about the industry in a Q&A following rehearsal. This guest choreographer will be announced at a later date.
