Learn how to be a good dance partner in this introduction to ballroom dance in the world of musical theatre! With a focus on leading and following, this mini class cycle will use songs from the musical theatre cannon to help prepare you for dancing with a partner in auditions and beyond! We will learn technique, patterns, basic steps and emotion behind each dance, and will touch on dances like waltz, tango, foxtrot, swing, salsa, and cha-cha, all of which all make their appearance in musical theatre!
PLEASE NOTE: No partner needed to sign up! We will pair you. Just come ready to dance and have fun!
